Rain/Storms Dropping South
A very welcomed rain mass continues to move south across North Alabama… the leading edge of the rain will reach the Birmingham metro within the next 30 minutes.
Nothing severe, but the rain will be heavy at times, and there will be lightning and thunder as well. Rain amounts to 1 inch are likely.
Certainly not the usual summer storm event, but one we really need…
