Re-Development?

East of a surface low over northern Mississippi, an isolated storm has developed over Cullman and Blount Counties, east of Hanceville and Garden City. It shows indications of hail. It is starting to get lots of lightning. This development extends back into Winston County.

Storms are redeveloping now across northern Mississippi, north of the surface low. There are a couple of severe thunderstorm warnings along the Mississippi/Tennessee line. This could be the beginning of the last wave of storms that will push southeastward overnight.

The NWS maintains a severe thunderstorm watch over much of Central Mississippi. It remains to be seen if this watch will be continued. Some modifications will be made to the Alabama tornado watch soon, says the NWS.
