FLASH FLOODING
* 2 miles southwest of Gurley, Madison County, EMA reports flash flooding at 6:15 am. Little Cove Road in Gurley is under water.
* 6:40 am in Gurley, Rock Cut road barricaded and impassable due to flood waters over the road.
* Lots of flash-flood reports around Guntersville and Albertville also.

SOME GOOD NEWS FOR A CHANGE
* NWS/Birmingham has canceled the Tornado Watch for these counties:

…Blount
…Greene
…Jefferson
…Sumter
…Tuscaloosa

A number of other counties, including Shelby and St. Clair and to the east and southeast remain in the Tornado Watch.
