Updated Rain Amounts . . .

We normally would not update the rain amounts this often, but since almost everyone is interested in getting some rain, we will do it more often.

Here are some late totals including official stations and several reports from 33/40 Skywatchers. The official reports are for the six hours ending at noon. It does not include rain that had already occurred overnight and before 6:00 a.m.
