Want To Be An ABC 33/40 Skywatcher?
Our annual storm training event is almost here! Storm Alert Xtreme 2010 will be held on Saturday, November 13… like recent years, we are doing the training in association with the Birmingham Automobile Dealers Association. Our event will be from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m… and everybody that comes to Storm Alert Xtreme will gain free admission to the Alabama International Auto Show, which is also going on at the BJCC exhibition hall.
We ask that all current Skywatchers attend, and of course, if you want to join the team, you will need to be there. There is absolutely no admission charge, and no need to register. Our associated Brian Peters will do the training, and I will be speak along with the Great American Weather Legend, J.B. Elliott.
You will enter the BJCC in the entrance that is across the street from the Sheraton; we will have plenty of signs so you won’t miss it. We will have a break for lunch between the morning and early afternoon session; there are plenty of places around the complex for a quick lunch.
We hope to see you Saturday November 13 in Birmingham at the BJCC!
