At 4 AM Central, the National Hurricane Center upgraded Tropical Depression #10 to Tropical Storm Hermine (her-MEEN). A Tropical Storm Warning has been posted from the mouth of the Rio Grande north to Baffin Bay in Texas, and from the Rio Grande south to Tampico in Mexico.

Tropical Storm Hermine should make landfall within 24 hours, and it is not expected to ramp up to hurricane status. You can track Hermine with the interactive tracking tool at abc3340.com!
