One Big Storm
One big storm across Central Alabama at this hour…over Greene County, southwest of Tuscaloosa. It is over I-599 near Union, Eutaw and Clinton. It is moving southwest toward Gainesville.
Did you notice the blue skies late this afternoon in the Birmingham area? Those are courtesy of drier upper level air that is spreading into the state.
The West Alabama storm may be the last gasp of the summer of moisture. We could stay mainly dry until labor Day.
