IRONDALE…GARDENDALE…FULTONDALE…BIRMINGHAM…

* AT 425 PM CDT…THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DETECTED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70
MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT.

..AND MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR…
IRONDALE…MOUNTAIN BROOK…6 MILES WEST OF ALTON AND 6 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF CENTER POINT BY 445 PM CDT…

THE BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT REPORTED A WIND GUST OVER 65 MPH WITH THIS
STORM.
