Snow Flakes Ahead?

The output below is from the RPM, valid at 5:00 a.m. Monday:

Yep, the blue represents snow, and it shows up over much of North Alabama. No doubt with very cold air aloft, snow flakes will be found somewhere around here late tomorrow night into Monday morning. But, with the warm ground and surface temperatures above freezing, for now we figure there won’t be any accumulation. But, you know the deal… cold core upper low, weatherman’s woe.

Monday will be raw with light rain or snow during the morning and temperatures struggling to reach the mid 40s. Welcome to spring.
