Alabama at High Noon
Showers were increasing over West and Central Alabama at high noon and they were all moving eastward…toward the ENE to be exact.
Most of the showers were light but some heavier showers (moderate to heavy) were moving out of Marengo County into Dallas and Wilcox County at 12:15 pm.
Lightning detection equipment showed a small amount of lightning over SE Mississippi and some better return over South Louisiana. However, little or none so far over Alabama, except possibly a few strokes over the extreme SW part of the state.
Wednesday should be a much wetter day across Alabama..
