West Alabama Power Outages
About 16,000 Alabama Power customers are without service this morning over parts of Tuscaloosa and Pickens Counties, in the general area from Northport to Reform. Sources from the power company tell us the outage is the result of a transmission line failure; they are working on restoring service now…. not sure if this is weather related or not.
