The video below is from KWTV-TV in Oklahoma City. Not sure who is out there driving, but they have lots of courage getting out on those roads. From the KWTV web site:

“The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports slick and hazardous driving conditions in the southwestern corner of the state while roads and bridges are slick in spots in the remainder of the western half of the state.

All interstates in the Oklahoma City Metro area have been shut down due to weather. Numerous accidents and stranded vehicles are blocking all roadways.”
