Here are some shots from today’s spotter training at the BJCC. We had a record crowd… a special thanks to Brian Peters for his usual excellent job. We picked up many new Skywatchers today… it will make the warning process better in the years ahead. Also, a big thank you to the Birmingham Automobile Dealers Association for hosting today’s event and their support, and to Jim Stefkovich of the Birmingham NWS office for his great presentation this morning. The Alabama International Auto Show will continue tomorrow if you want to check it out; Jason Simpson will be manning our booth “Who Wants To Be A Meteorologist” tomorrow afternoon.
