Watch Discontinued Tennessee Valley

Since rain has diminished somewhat across Extreme North Alabama, the NWS in Huntsville cancelled the Flash Flood Watch for Extreme North Alabama including all of the Tennessee Valley counties and also Cullman County.

NWS, Birmingham continues the watch for other counties across part of Central and North Central Alabama including the Birmingham/Tuscaloosa/Anniston areas.

There is going to be some river flooding because of all this rain. Several river flood warnings are already in effect. We will include a list of those later.
