Flood Reports

At 7:45 pm, two miles north of Haleyville, police report a flash flood, Car nearly submerged in water along Airport Road near Posey Field.

They also report water to the top of car tires along highway 13. Car stalled in water near Posey Airport and water of unknown depth flowing across County Road 11 east of the airport.

NWS has issued an Areal Flood Warning for marion and Winston County until 10 pm and a Flash Flood Warning for Colbert, Franklin, Lauderdale and Lawrence County until 11:30 pm.
