Where The bad Storms Were at 7:30

The north/south line of thunderstorms that was down the west side of Alabama not as well defined as it was about two hours ago. But the line still exists from NW Alabama all the way down to Clarke County.

By far the strongest storms, and the heaviest rain was over Lamar County, East Marion and West Winston County and northward into Lawrence County.

There was also some very heavy rain over NW Clarke County.

The thunderstorms were moving toward the NNE while the line itself was moving ever-so-slowly eastward.

The worst lightning was concentrated over the NW and plenty of it.

Warmer over parts of Central Alabama than we expected today. Highs:

85 Birmingham Airport
88 Tuscaloosa Airport
