Thunderstorms not as numerous and not quite as strong as earlier this evening. Hopwever, there are still some healthy ones in progress,

They were moving toward the NW and West. Some of the main ones:

* South Coosa County
* North Greene County
* Marion and North Lamar County
* West Calhoun and Blount County

FLASH FLOOD WATCH CANCELED
The NWS/Birmingham at 8:09 tonight canceled the Flash Flood Warning that was in effect for a number of counties in Central, East Central and Southeast Alabama for tonight. Numerous showers and some thunderstorms will continue overnight but should not be enough to cause additional flash flooding
