The main line of very strong thunderstorms over NW Alabama extends from Winston County across the NW corner of Cullman County and SE Morgan County to near Huntsville.

Very heavy rain and lots of lightning. Moving eastward.

Also still some very strong storms over marion County.

NOTES FROM SPC (Storm Prediction Center)

* Cluster of storms from Memphis south-southwest over Mississippi River has a potentially tornadic supercell.

* It will pose a most critical severe weather threat as it moves ENE over parts of North Mississippi and Extreme SW Tennessee.

* Supercell will move across parts of Tunica, Tate and DeSoto Counties in NW Mississippi with damaging hail and a tornado or two possible.

* After that, the entire cluster should move into more stable surfaced-based air with time. Even then, large hail and damaging wind possible.
