Our thoughts and prayers have to go out to the folks up in North Dakota along the Red River of the North.
Attitudes range from hopelessness and despair to hopefulness tonight as the Red River continues to rise into unprecedented territory. The River established a new record all time level today and it is not expected to crest until Sunday!
