Would not be surprised if convection really intensifies in West Alabama shortly. EHI is now at 3 over parts of West-Central Alabama with sunshine and increasing instability.
Should be an interesting afternoon… not really well defined short wave at 500 mb to force a line; there is some similarity to the March 27, 1994 Palm Sunday event. Not a perfect analog, but some similar features. Stay tuned…
