Cold Weather Scenes
Thanks to many of our readers/viewers across Alabama for a variety of cold weather pictures this morning. The snow shots, of course, come from those cool snow making machines!
Here is one note about the pond pictures:
“Hi ABC 33/40 Weather Crew!
Boy it is a cold one here in Clay. I thought you might like to see this pic. I have a 5,000 gallon koi pond that is about 4 feet deep. It is frozen to the point where the waterfall wont even run now. The water has froze inside the skimmer! I tried to go out an break up the ice so that it could run. but the ice is about 5 inches deep. Here is a pic of my dog standing on the pond. ”
