Hanna

I know the main attention now is on Sir Ike but just a few notes about Hanna.

She moved offshore off the Delaware Coast tonight but still causing plenty of problems. Just a few notes:

* 1 to 3 feet of water over some roads in and around Danbury, Conn.
* Numerous roads under water and closed in and around Garwood, N.J.
* In Newark, some streets closed and cars floating
* In the Bronx, a one story building partially collapsed because of flooding and some people trapped. Water rescues underway
