Nagin Orders Mandatory Evacuation…
Saying Gustav is the Storm of the Century…Mayor Ray Nagin of New Orleans just called for a 100% mandatory evacuation of the entire City of New Orleans.
He called for the West Bank to evacuate between 8 a.m. and noon, folowed by the East Bank starting at noon.
I would be leaving tonight.
