WARM MARCH DAY: Temperatures are in the low 80s across most of Alabama this afternoon with a partly to mostly sunny sky. Clouds will increase tonight with a low in the 58-64 degree range.

Greetings from the road as I travel to the University of South Alabama as the Meteorology Department host their annual SeCAPS (Southeastern Coastal and Atmospheric Processes Symposium) weather conference. Since I graduated from South, I love attending and supporting this completely student led conference each year.
WARM, DRY DAY AHEAD: Temperatures will exceed 80 degrees over much of Alabama this afternoon with a partly sunny sky. Clouds will increase tonight as moisture levels rise.
SUNNY SPRING DAY: With a sunny sky temperatures are mostly in the mid to upper 70s across Alabama this afternoon. Tonight will be mostly fair with a low in the 50s and low 60s.
The weekly drought update is out, and there was very little change since last weeks update.
The mainly sunny weather continues today and tomorrow and we are seeing highs in the mid and upper 70s, with some low 80s showing up on the maps. Tonight will be warmer as we see more clouds, lows should generally be in the 50s.
WARM AFTERNOONS: Look for a high in the 77-82 degree range for most Alabama communities today and tomorrow with a partly sunny sky. The chance for rain will remain well to the west of Alabama through tomorrow night.
MILD MARCH DAY: Temperatures are in the 70s over most of Alabama this afternoon, but places like Dothan and Mobile in South Alabama are in the low 80s. Most of the state is enjoying a good supply of sunshine, but mid level clouds have moved into the central counties.
There are few sights as majestic as a bald eagle soaring above shimmering blue waters, wings outstretched in flight.
We continue to enjoy mainly sunny days with highs in the mid and upper 70s, with some low 80s showing up on the maps. Nights are fair and refreshing with upper 40s and lower 50s. This weather will persist through Friday across Alabama.
