The severe thunderstorm watch has been extended to include: Barbour, Bullock, Pike and Russell Counties till 1:00 AM CST.

The watch is no longer in effect for Cherokee, Etowah, Jefferson, St. Clair and Tuscaloosa Counties.

The watch continues for Autauga, Bibb, Calhoun, Chambers, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Greene, Hale, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Randolph, Shelby, Sumter, Talladega and Tallapoosa Counties till 1:00 AM CST
