The NWS in Birmingham has issued a new severe thunderstorm warning for Cherokee and Cleburne Counties till 9:45 AM CDT.
This is for the line of thunderstorms that produced wind damage earlier in Cherokee and Calhoun Counties.
Numerous trees were reported down in Leesburg.
The NWS in Atlanta has issued a severe thunderstorm warning in their state downstream of this line as well.
