And Now… A Tornado Watch!
The low pressure system in the Gulf of Mexico (1004 mb) is pushing a warm front into the Florida Panhandle. The SPC has issued a Tornado Watch for the Florida Big Bend area and extreme southern Georgia, including Panama City, Tallahassee and Valdosta. The tornado watch is shown in purple on the graphic.
Sorta reminiscent of the March 1993 Superstorm, just 30 millibars weaker!
