NWS Birmingham has dropped the winter advisories for Birmingham and Tuscaloosa, where temperatures remain above freezing…

And, precipitation is moving rapidly to the east, with just some freezing drizzle remaining over the northern third of the state, where the surface temperatures are below 32…

Just be aware icy patches are possible along and north of U.S. 278 early this morning (Hamilton to Cullman to Gadsden).
