Alabama hosts UT-Chatanooga at Bryant Denny Stadium at 1:00 this afternoon; the sky will be cloudy with some risk of light rain. Below is the output of the HRRR model valid at 3:00 this afternoon…

Bottom line is that you need to take some rain gear. Don’t think it will be heavy or widespread, but clearly a possibility.

The map below shows projected temperatures for 3:00 from the same model…

Temperatures will fall from the 50s at kickoff, into the 40s late in the game. A strong north wind of 12-25 mph will make it feel colder. Dress warmly.

Very similar conditions for the games on campus this afternoon at Jacksonville State and Samford.
