Heading Through the Afternoon

| November 16, 2013 @ 2:32 pm

A fairly calm day across much of the state and Southeast. Clouds are hanging tough and will continue to do so throughout the afternoon and into the evening hours. There could be some peeks of sunshine, but those will be few and far between. Over the next few hours, the winds should begin to increase out of the south and these winds will continue to bring warm, moist air into the region. Most locations have made it into the upper 60s with even some some lower 70s showing up, and these mild temperatures will persist into the evening hours. Even though it is cloudy and damp, most locations remain dry. Over the next few hours, a few isolated showers are possible.
