Big Apple in Trouble Again–Another Coastal Storm
Not as bad as Hurricane Sandy but still troublesome. The mayor of NYC has ordered parks, playgrounds and beach areas closed in anticipation of the second coastal storm which is already getting underway. He also asks people who are hanging on the the worst hit communities from Sandy to evacuate.
