Extra Time For Morning Rush Hour

The fog is not everywhere, it is patchy, meaning that you will suddenly run into areas of very poor visibility. Most of the fog will be outta here by around 9 am. Here are a few visibility reports from official reporting stations based on 6 am observations:

1/4 mile Gadsden and Anniston

1/2 mile in Calera

1 mile in Huntsville

Between those cities, in open valleys and rural areas there will likely be more areas of dense fog. After the fog is gone, we face a very pleasant day!
