* Tornado Warnings in three South and Southeast Alabama Counties expired at 3:15 am

* 2.50 additional rain for parts of Mobile and SW Washington County

* Tornado Watch until 7 am for South Mississippi and Southeast Mississippi

* Most of heavy rain now north of New Orleans

* Water up to the roof in thousands of homes in South Louisiana. Numerous people rescued by boat from roofs and attics.

* More heavy rain now spreading northward through Mississippi
