I will be moving on

I wanted to write a quick note to all of you who read this blog to express my deep appreciation for your reading my blogs and for your supportive comments and emails over the past 5 years.  This is my 871st blog, and it will be my last here at alabamawx.com.

I have enjoyed this blog immensely.  Getting to connect with people and explain complex weather events in a simple, easily understandable way, gives me a lot of satisfaction.  I want to express my appreciation to James, who allowed me to be on this blog, and to Bill Murray of The Weather Company.
