Severe T-Storm Warning for Mobile Co. Until 12:15AM

The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southwestern Mobile County in southwestern Alabama…

* Until 1215 AM CST.

* At 1136 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles west of
Bayou La Batre, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Coden, Alabama Port, Grand Bay, and Bayou La Batre.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CST for southwestern
Alabama.
