Tornado Warning for Baldwin, Mobile Co. Until 11:15PM

The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Tornado Warning for…
Northeastern Mobile County in southwestern Alabama…
West central Baldwin County in southwestern Alabama…

* Until 1115 PM CST.

* At 1051 PM CST, a tornado producing storm was located near
Chunchula, or 10 miles west of Satsuma, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD…Damaging tornado.

SOURCE…Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* This tornadic storm will be near…
Chunchula around 1055 PM CST.
Creola and Satsuma around 1105 PM CST.
Axis around 1110 PM CST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
