12pm CDT Milton Update: Tropical-Storm-Force Winds Just Offshore; Center Is 160 Miles SW of Tampa

| October 9, 2024 @ 12:06 pm

With tropical-storm-force winds now located just offshore, it is just a matter of time before they are onshore!  Let’s get prepared to get away from winds and hunker down as things will sadly get worse from here.  Watching my friend Mark Sudduth with Hurricane Track and he is setting up cameras to catch the surge.  He is driving in torrential rain already.  This is just setting the stage for a massive flooding event.
