Storm in Dallas and Autauga Counties Has Rotation…Be Alert…Also, A Tornado Watch May be Forthcoming

The southern end of the line of storms separated over South Central Alabama and has been intensifying.

Broad rotation is indicated east of Selma and South of Burnsville in eastern Dallas County. it will be moving into Southwest Autauga County shortly, crossing AL-14 near Statesville and Mulberry.

Keep a close eye on this storm and be ready to move to shelter if a tornado warning is issued.

The NWS in Birmingham is coordinating with the Storm Prediction Center right now on a potential tornado watch.
