Wind Gust Reports from Hurricane Francine
The NWS New Orleans has posted a list of the highest wind gust reports from Francine as of 3am this morning. Their list contains reports of winds 40 mph or greater.
The highest gust at Dulac, LA at 96 mph. At the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, a wind gust of 78 mph was recorded at 820pm Wednesday evening.
