Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of Central Alabama until 10pm CDT
As projected, a severe thunderstorm watch has been posted for the central parts of the state until 10pm CDT. Scattered damaging winds to 70 mph possible and large hail to 1 inch in diameter. In addition, frequent cloud to ground lightning and heavy rain all possible. Could be another very active day so please be weather aware!
