Severe Thunderstorms Cause Tree Damage Across Central Alabama

– 4:15 PM CDT: A tree was blown down, blocking the roadway on CR 52 in Tuckers Chapel, 3 miles northeast of Sand Rock, Cherokee County, AL.
– 4:21 PM CDT: Trees down blocking the roadway on CR 43 in Tuckers Chapel, 2 miles northeast of Yellow Creek Fall, Cherokee County, AL.
– 4:22 PM CDT: Trees were blown down, blocking the roadway on CR 143, 2 miles west-southwest of Broomtown, Cherokee County, AL.
– 4:14 PM CDT: A tree was blown down and blocking the road on Cedar Street, 1 mile west of Cedar Bluff, Cherokee County, AL.
– 3:36 PM CDT: A tree was blown down on Grey Hill Road, 3 miles southeast of Tannehill State Park, Bibb County, AL.
– 3:40 PM CDT: A tree was blown down on Old Tuscaloosa Highway, 1 mile west of McAdory, Jefferson County, AL.
