Storms are strengthening and a new warning from NWS Huntsville for a storm near the Harvest area. 60 mph winds and quarter size hail possible. Stay indoors as this slow-moving storm comes through. Only moving at 15 mph to the east.

The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Northwestern Madison County in north central Alabama…

East central Limestone County in north central Alabama…

* Until 415 PM CDT.

* At 328 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Harvest, or 9 miles north of Madison, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
