New Tornado Watch until 8 a.m. for Southeastern Portions of Central Alabama; New Severe Thunderstorm Warning As Well
A new tornado watch has been issued to the east of the current watches that will cover the remainder of the overnight until 8 a.m. CST.

Severe thunderstorm warning continues for eastern Alabama. Most dangerous part of the storm is now extending from south of Ragland to Riverside, approaching Lincoln into northern Talladega County.
New warning just extended into Talladega, Chilton, Shelby and Coosa Counties. Here is the text of the warning:

extending from near Westover to near Talladega Springs to near Gap
Of The Mountain, moving northeast at 65 mph.
HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
