The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Northern Jackson County in northeastern Alabama…
Southeastern Franklin County in Middle Tennessee…

* Until 230 PM CDT.

* At 143 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Cowan to 9 miles southeast of Huntland to 7
miles east of New Market, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Scottsboro, Bridgeport, Stevenson, Cowan, Hollywood, Skyline,
Anderson, Hytop, Bass and Martintown.
