Severe Thunderstorm Watch for North and North Central Alabama Until 8 pm
Despite the fact that it is a severe thunderstorm watch, tornadoes are possible in the Tennessee Valley. Tornado warning right now for the Corinth MS area.
Counties included are:
Blount, Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marion, Marshall, Morgan, and Winston.
The NWS in Birmingham indicates the watch could be extended further south in a couple of hours if the storms develop further south.
