EXPIRED Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Franklin County til 11 pm
A strong storm has intensified tonight over Northwest Alabama’s Franklin County. It is northwest of Phil Campbell and will be crossing US-43 between Isbell and Phil Campbell shortly.
Indications are that it has hail in it, perhaps to 1 inch in diameter. Lots of dangerous lightning and torrential rain. The main threat, however, is damaging winds.
