The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Southern Hale County in west central Alabama…

* Until 245 PM CDT.

* At 200 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Sawyerville,
or 7 miles west of Greensboro, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Greensboro, Newbern, Sawyerville, Arcola, Greensboro Municipal
Airport and Cedarville.
