The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Northeastern Jefferson County in central Alabama…

* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 400 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Morris to Shops of Grand River, moving east at
10 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Northeastern Birmingham, Vestavia Hills, Trussville, Gardendale,
Irondale, Leeds, Moody, Fultondale, Center Point, Clay, Pinson,
Tarrant, Argo, Kimberly, Morris, Ketona Lakes, Chalkville, Shops of
Grand River, Grayson Valley and Barber Motorsports Park.
