It will gradually weaken as it steams westward over the Caribbean and is expected to dissipate by Sunday at which time it will be about 200 miles south of Haiti.

Tropical Depression Four formed this morning. It is a little less than 1,300 miles east of the Lesser Antilles. It wis expected to recurve to the northeast of the islands and not affect land. It will pass about 250 miles northeast of the Virgin Islands on Sunday. It is expected to become a 60 mph tropical storm (named Cindy) before reaching in about 48 hours. But the GFS does bring it back to hurricane status as it is recurving east of Bermuda next Thursday.
