Tornado Watch Issued for a Large Part of Central Alabama
The NWS has issued a tornado watch for much of Central Alabama until 5 p.m.
Thunderstorms are increasing in intensity and more will move in from Mississippi later this morning and this afternoon. Damaging winds will be the primary threat, but tornadoes are possible as well.
